How I Work
A calm, collaborative space to explore what’s going on for you.
Therapy is not about being told what to do. It’s about understanding yourself more deeply.
What to expect
Our sessions are a space where you can speak freely, without judgement or pressure.
I won’t rush you or push you in a direction that doesn’t feel right. We move at your pace, focusing on what feels important to you.
Sometimes that might mean talking things through. Other times it might mean sitting with something that’s harder to put into words.
My approach
My work is grounded in the person-centred approach, which means I value:
- Empathy — being deeply heard and understood
- Honesty — a real, human connection
- Respect — you are the expert in your own life
I also draw on integrative approaches where helpful, always guided by what feels right for you.
What therapy can offer
Therapy won’t give you instant answers, but it can help you:
- Understand your thoughts and feelings more clearly
- Feel less alone in what you’re going through
- Develop a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself
